Tokens that charge a fee when moved aren't supported, because the contract must receive the exact amount it records.

No. Only the recipient wallet can claim, and tokens always go to that wallet.

No. Tokens are held by the smart contract and released by its rules. Vestly can't move, freeze or withdraw them.
